Lights, Camera, AI: The TREVOC Film That Won at AdAura Awards 2026

Ritz Media World has won Generative AI Campaign of the Year at Marketing Mind's AdAura Awards 2026. The award recognises our AI celebrity film for TREVOC, entered under the title "Transforming Celebrity Endorsement into AI Cinematic Experience". It sits within the AI & Innovation Excellence category, which honours work that uses technology to change how brands tell their stories.

The film began with a handful of images and no shoot at all. From that starting point, our team built a cinematic home tour featuring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, in which the couple appears to live naturally in every room. This case study explains the brief, the problem we had to solve, and what the win means for brands that want to tell celebrity stories in a new way.

The Brief: Turning a Few Images into a Home Tour

TREVOC is a luxury real estate developer in Gurugram, and Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are associated with the brand. In luxury real estate, a celebrity association is most valuable when buyers can picture the star inside the home. A static endorsement places a famous face beside a project, but it rarely shows what life in that home might feel like.

The brief therefore asked for far more than an appearance. We had to transform a few images into a cinematic home tour in which the couple move through each space with ease and seem to belong there. The film needed the polish of a large-budget production, yet it had to be made without a celebrity shoot, physical sets, or a conventional production crew.

The Challenge: Character Consistency

The hardest part of the project was character consistency, which remains one of the most demanding problems in AI filmmaking. Generative tools can produce a convincing single frame, but keeping the same face, expression, and presence across many shots is far more difficult. When a well-known face shifts even slightly between scenes, viewers notice immediately, and the illusion breaks.

With Saif and Kareena, that risk was greater than usual. Indian audiences have watched the couple on screen for more than two decades, so they know exactly how each of them looks, moves, and carries themselves. Every frame had to stand up to that familiarity while also matching the architecture, lighting and scale of the home around them.

Our Approach: Vision First, Technology Second

We treated the project as a film first and an AI exercise second. The team started with the story: a home tour that moves from one space to the next, with the couple at ease in each of them. Every scene was planned around how a viewer should feel in that room, rather than around what the software could produce most easily.

Consistency then became the discipline that shaped the entire production. Each shot was checked against the source images so that the couple remained recognisable from the first frame to the last. Lighting, camera movement and the couple's placement were refined until the people and the spaces read as one continuous scene.

The finished film was created without a celebrity shoot, without physical sets and without a conventional production schedule. It shows that AI delivers its best work when experienced creative judgement directs every decision.

For us, this trophy represents more than an award. It marks a new frontier in filmmaking, one where imagination leads, technology enables, and creative expertise makes the seemingly impossible possible.

What This Means for Brands

The TREVOC film points to three shifts in how brands can work with celebrity talent and tell their stories.

  • Celebrity storytelling without heavy logistics. Brands can create cinematic celebrity content without the scheduling, travel, and set costs of a traditional shoot.

  • Richer storytelling for real estate. Developers can show buyers a lifestyle rather than a floor plan by placing familiar faces inside the spaces they are selling.

  • Creative direction as the real advantage. AI tools are now widely available, so the work that stands out will come from teams that know what to create with them.

This kind of work still rests on the brand's agreement with its celebrity talent. AI changes how the content is produced, but it does not change the permissions and trust behind it.

Conclusion

The future of filmmaking will not belong to those who merely use AI. It will belong to those who know what to create with it. Winning Generative AI Campaign of the Year for TREVOC confirms that belief for Ritz Media World, and we are proud to be building that future alongside our clients.
